Georgia Southern University

Founded in 1906, Georgia Southern University is a four-year, public institution located in Statesboro. The school is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and currently serves more than 19,000 students. Along with a number of other colleges and universities in Georgia, Georgia Southern has expanded their online education offerings in recent years to meet growing demand.
