Cleveland State University

Cleveland State University is a four-year, public institution with more than 17,000 students. It is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, The Higher Learning Commission. Cleveland State was first established in 1923, but officially became Cleveland State University in 1964. The main campus is in Cleveland. Cleveland State offers several online bachelor’s and master’s degrees in the areas of health and education. As the name implies, UC is located in Cincinnati and it was established in 1819. UC has a large student body with more than 42,000 undergraduate and graduate students. The university has many high-ranking academic programs in several areas of study. However, its athletic programs attract national attention, particularly the UC men’s basketball team.
