This program provides the foundation of management skill sets that include project management, teamwork, leadership and management strategies, and communications. Graduates can expect to learn how to: Evaluate and improve management styles by learning skills in time management, conflict resolution, teamwork, and communication.  Understand the process where technical managers oversee technical projects involving analysis of business requirements, system performance and evaluation, end-user requirements, as well as project team assembly and performance feedback. Effectively analyze project requirements to make critical decisions about system development, user requirements, and project activities. Analyze and critique project team development through review of team dynamics and performance evaluation.
