Bachelor of Science in Management of Human Resources

This program provides students a strong foundation of management knowledge and skill sets to pursue a career as a human resource professional. Students share their experiences with other students to enhance their expertise in a range of areas, including competency in the common body of knowledge for human resource professionals as approved by the Society for Human Resource Management. Graduates can expect to learn how to: Analyze current trends in human resource management.  Use statistical techniques for human resource professionals. Understand how the legal environment shapes human resource practices and apply practices and techniques for recruitment and selection of human resources. Manage labor relations and maintain a safe and healthy work environment. To integrate training and development into a business strategy
