The program format prepares students to assume a leadership role in managing organizations in the private and public sectors. In addition to foundational marketing concepts and tools, students gain the communication, analytical and leadership skills, and knowledge needed to succeed in management. Graduates can expect to learn how to: Evaluate and improve their own management style by reflecting on time management, conflict resolution, teamwork, and communication skills.  Perform an in-depth analysis of an existing business and its problem and opportunities for the Capstone Project.
