Master of Arts in Leadership

The goal of the program is to enable students to develop and recognize their own unique style, roles, and general philosophies of leadership and thus become prepared to accept expanding leadership roles. The curriculum delves deeply into leadership philosophies derived from great leaders, theoretical models of organizational leadership theories and principles of management, and social psychology.
