Instructional Design & Adult Development Graduate Certificate

This program will give an understanding of past and present knowledge and theory of instructional Design and Adult Learning as they relate to teaching and training adults in a variety of setting; you will also identify and create and appropriate training design, develop and implement pedagogically-sound instructional products in all type of organizational contexts. 

 

This program has courses such as Instructional Design, Human Factors and Adult Learning Systems, Assessment and Evaluation of Learning, and Issues in Professional Development.  At the completion of this program you will be able to create products for example: websites, seminars, tutorials, workshops, facilitating the transfer of knowledge and skills to the recipient.
