EXCEL Organizational Management Major (OM):

At this career we are going to give our students the support that is needed and the most relevant skills that need to be taken into account in order to succeed as a professional in an organizational environment; studying this program you will have a wide knowledge in case you want to continue studying one of the following careers: Marketing, Accounting, Human Resource Management, and Economics. When our students graduate of this program they are going to be able to understand management theories, how to apply them, they are also going to be capable of understand how to develop the participation being part of a team knowing how to communicate several settings, and the most important one is that they will be able to understand how groups interact with organizations.
