Duquesne University is located in 600 Forbes Avenue Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15282, it was founded in the year 1898 by the Reverend Joseph Strub and the Congregation of the Holy Ghost who opened a Catholic College having 40 students and six members of the faculty, and it was the first university in admitting women and minorities. It characterizes itself for having excellent professional education; we have a very good reputation. The previous name of the university was Holy Ghost, but in on May 27 of the year 1911 the name changed to Duquesne University. The antique building, which was built in red brick landmark, is still being used, and it is being occupied by the administration of the university.
