This degree is offered having a strong basis in Human Resources and Leadership education, it may be called a completed degree because it will help those adults who have prior college credits and wish to earn a degree. To study this course the students must fulfill 48 hours of college credit at no cost, but you have to have a vocational, occupational, and military experience. This program is specially directed to the needs of the civilian and military personnel and also to the urban community workforce; when our students graduate of this program they are going to be able to look for positions in Workforce Development and in the Human Resources Department.
